Hella Rothwell has been an independent real estate broker in California since 2009. Probably many here on the Monterey Peninsula know her as one of the organizers of the annual Carmel Art Festival.

Not only does Hella advise California clients to buy or sell their home, but she urges them to meet with her if they are interested in acquiring or selling real estate in Hawaii.

“I lived full time in Hawaii for 26 years of my life, and know all the Islands very well. Since my daughter and grandchildren are still living there, it just made sense to be licensed in Hawaii as well.”

In 2013, Hella became a broker in Hawaii and has helped clients from California with their real estate needs there. Hella is Broker/Owner/Officer of Rothwell Realty Inc. that has been in business over 18 years.
